Pursuant to Florida Statute 735.2063, You are hereby notified that an Order of Summary Administration has been entered in the Estate of David S. Jones, deceased, file number 19-CP-001205, by the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602; that the decedent's date of death was July 30, 2018; that the value of the probate estate is $100.00 in tangible personal property; that a notice of trust has been filed; and the name and address of those to whom it has been assigned are Kerry L. Jones at 14819 Farnham Way, Tampa, FL 33624.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All creditors of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against the estate of the decedent other than those for whom provision for full payment was made in the Order for Summary Administration must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN FLORIDA STATUTES SECTION 733.702. ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER APPLICABLE TIME PERIOD, AND CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
