NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 18, 2017, and entered in 08-CA-008805 2D17-2084 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2004-3 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2004-3 is the Plaintiff and JOSE R. TRAVIESO; MARIA ELENA SILVERIO A/K/A MARIA E. GARCIA A/K/A MARIA ELENA GARCIA; PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS,
INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 29, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
