YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce a lien foreclosure on the following property in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Lot 12, in Block 12, of WATERLEAF PHASE 3B, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 124, Page 65, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on CARLOS R. ARIAS, ESQUIRE, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is ARIAS BOSINGER, PLLC, 140 N. WESTMONTE DR., SUITE 203, ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL 32714, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice OCTOBER 1ST 2019 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Lien Foreclosure Complaint.
