NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 2, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-003099-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JUAN A. SOLER A/K/A JUAN A. SOLER, JR.; BLANCA SOLER A/K/A BLANCA T. SOLER A/K/A BLANCA T. MATTEI; KARLA SOLER A/K/A KARLA SOLER-BLANCO; BERNARDO SOLER A/K/A BERNARDO SOLER-BLANCO; BEATRIZ SOLER A/K/A BEATRIZ SOLER-BLANCO; JOHN SOLER A/K/A JOHN SOLER-MATTEI; BIANCA LORENA SOLER A/K/A BIANCA SOLER-MATTEI, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 22ND day of AUGUST, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6 AND THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 7, BLOCK 19, KENWOOD SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
