PHASE 2 PRELIMINARY DESIGN DOCUMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS: 21 DAYS
PHASE 3 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS: 30 DAYS
Such time limitations shall be exclusive of review and approval.
