COOPER is the Plaintiff and RICHARD F. VEGHTE A/K/A RICHARD VEGHTE; LEIGH K. VEGHTE A/K/A LEIGH VEGHTE; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 04, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK B, OAK ACRES ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND THAT PORTION OF THE SOUTH 30 FEET OF ESTELLE DRIVE LYING NORTH OF AND ABUTTING SAID LOT 1, BLOCK B, OAK ACRES ADDITION AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 70 AS VACATED BY THAT CERTAIN RESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, DATED JULY 6, 1960, FILED FOR RECORD JULY 18,1960 IN O.R. BOOK 950, PAGE 476, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
