NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 21, 2019, entered in Case No. 13-011176-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for GSAA Home Equity Trust 2006-20, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-20 is the Plaintiff and Randal P. Gunning a/k/a Randal Gunning; Unknown Spouse of Randal P. Gunning a/k/a Randal Gunning; Asset Preservation Trust Services, Inc as Trustee of Gunning Family Land Trust#589; GTE Federal Credit Union; State of Florida; Clerk of the Circuit Court Pinellas County, Florida; Unknown Tenant in Possession No.1; Unknown Tenant in Possession No.2; Kaba Law Group, PLLC are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 21st day of August, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
