NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2019, and entered in 18-006987-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON (F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK), AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR ENCORE CREDIT RECEIVABLES TRUST 2005-1, ASSET-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-1 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF GEORGE MORRISON A/K/A GEORGE HENRY MORRISON, DECEASED; ANTHONY MIKOLICH A/K/A ANTHONY W. MIKOLICH; JENNIFER CASTER; JILL MORRISON; JASON NEGGIE; ELAINA R. BECKNER; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURTS OF PINELLAS COUNTY; PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
