NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 9, 2019, and entered in Case No. 52-2018-CA-006781 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which GTE Federal Credit Union d/b/a/ GTE Financial , is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, Or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against Gary C. Messer, deceased, Jacqueline Marie Defrance a/k/a Jacquelyne M. Defrance a/k/a Jacquelyne Marie Defrance, Springwood Villas II, Inc., successor by merger to Springwood Villas, Inc. II, No. 2, a Condominium, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the August 27, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 100, SPRINGWOOD VILLAS NO. II, INC., NO. 2, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 59, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3605, PAGE 749 THROUGH 810, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
