NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 27, 2019, and entered in Case No. 52-2017-CA-005011 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of The CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-25, is the Plaintiff and Howard Rodetsky aka Howard Rodatsky, Unknown Party #1 nka Josephena Rios, Unknown Party #2 nka Jose Rios, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the August 27, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 3, GOLDSMITH'S REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
