PARKER A/K/A CINTHYA PARKER; CINTHYA I. PARKER A/K/A CINTHYA PARKER; JAMES R PARKER II A/K/A JAMES R. PARKER; SUNTRUST BANK; BEACH PARADISE CONDOMINIUM, INC.; FIRST FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE CO. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 03, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. E, BEACH PARADISE CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 12600, PAGE 76, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 125, PAGE 95, AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 127, PAGE 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
