NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2018-CA-006361 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper, Plaintiff and Beth Lee Forbes are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 24, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 1506, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF PEPPERTREE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5086, PAGE 615, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 16 THROUGH 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
