NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed July 23, 2019 and entered in Case No. 13-007885-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and LINDA J. GRADY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA GRADY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 N/K/A SHEA GRADY; TENANT #2; RYAN JEROME GRADY; ERAN D. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on September 11, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 100 FEET OF THE SOUTH 100 FEET OF THE NORTH 400 FEET OF THE WEST 300 FEET OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, WITH RIGHT OF INGRESS AND EGRESS OF THE NORTH 12 FEET OF THE WEST 200 FEET OF THE SOUTH 100 FEET OF THE NORTH 400 FEET OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 9, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
