NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 2, 2019, entered in Case No. 522018CA004297XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PennyMac Loan Services, LLC is the Plaintiff and William Chandler; Unknown Spouse of William Chandler; Michelle Strijewski a/k/a Michelle Chandler; Unknown Spouse of Michelle Strijewski a/k/a Michelle Chandler are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 28th day of August, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17 BLOCK E, BREEZE HILL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
