NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 26th of July 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-004832-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff. Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of the Plaintiff, against Defendants, JEREMIAH E. GARZA; CHRISTINE GARZA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEREMIAH E. GARZA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTINE GARZA; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 12th day of September 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
