R & D Auto Service gives notice & intent to sell for nonpayment of labor, service & storage fees the following vehicle on 8/30/19 at 8:30AM at 2763 Central Ave., St. Petersburg, FL 33713. Parties claiming interest have rights to a hearing prior to sale with Clerk of Court. Owner has rights to recover possession of vehicle w/out judicial proceedings as pursuant to FL Statute 559.917. Any proceeds recovered from sale over the amount of lien will be deposited w/ Clerk of the Court for disposition upon court order.
