NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Florida Statutes §715.109, Teakwood Village Mobile Home Park will offer for public sale the following:
1973 Houle Mansonette mobile home, Title Nos. 5755806 and 5755807, VIN Nos. H1480A and H1480B, and all contents, and on the 22nd day of August, 2019, at 456 Trinidad Lane, Largo, Pinellas County, Florida, at the hour of 10:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, the landlord will offer for sale “AS IS” “WHERE IS” the aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to ownership rights, liens, and security interests which have priority by law, if any, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs of storage, advertising and sale, due and owing the landlord. The name and address of the former tenant is Thomas Edward Wilcox, 456 Trinidad Lane, Largo, FL 33770.
