You are hereby notified that a Petition for Summary Administration has been filed in the estate of Charles Jay Caldwell, deceased, File Number 2019-CP-7106-ES; by the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street; Clearwater, Florida 33756; that the decedent's date of death was April 9, 2019; that the total value of the estate is $25,562.39 and that the names and addresses of those to whom it has been petitioned to be assigned by such petition are:
