NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 18-002814-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff, and, MARY ANN CANTONIS, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 10th day of September, 2019, the following described property:

BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 28; THENCE NORTH 82 DEGREES 38 MINUTES 34 SECONDS EAST ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 28, 190.70 FEET; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG A CURVE TO THE LEFT HAVING A RADIUS OF 70.00 FEET, ARC OF 55.55 FEET, CHORD 55.14 FEET AND CHORD BEARING OF SOUTH 30 DEGREES 51 MINUTE 52 SECONDS EAST; THENCE SOUTH 86 DEGREES 36 MINUTES 46 SECONDS WEST, 216.60 FEET TO THE EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF FLORIDA AVENUE; THENCE NORTH 01 DEGREES 15 MINUTES 15 SECONDS WEST ALONG SAID EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY 35.77 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
