NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 1, 2019 in Civil Case No. 16-002007-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and JIM MCARTHUR, AS TRUSTEE UNDER PAQUETTE TRUST 4647 DATED 8TH FEBRUARY 2004; CYNTHIA A. PAQUETTE A/K/A CYNTHIA PAQUETTE; AMERICAN GENERAL FINANCE INC.; CITY OF PINELLAS PARK; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A CHRIS WILKES; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A TRAVIS PARKER; UNKNOWN TENANT 3 N/K/A MICHAEL LYONS; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on September 3, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 50 AND 51, NORTH DISSTON PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
