You are hereby notified that an Order of Summary Administration has been entered in the estate of DONALD P. LUCIAN, JR., deceased, Ref No. 19-1293-ES4, by the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Room 106, Clearwater, FL 33756; that the decedent died on January 27, 2019; that there are cash assets in the estate, and that the names and the addresses to whom it has been assigned by such order are:
Cary J. Lucian, as Co-Trustee of the Lucian Family Trust, 1618 Landquist Drive, Encinitas, CA 92024; Scott T. Lucian, as Co-Trustee of the Lucian Family Trust, 50 Monarch Drive, Southington, CT 06489
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All creditors of the estate of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against the estate of the decedent other than those for whom provision for payment was made in the Order of Summary Administration must file their claims with the court WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN SECTION 733.702 OF THE FLORIDA PROBATE CODE. ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER APPLICABLE TIME PERIOD. ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
