NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale Date entered August 1, 2019 and Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 21, 2019 and entered in Case No.: 18-8491-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF CLEARWATER, a municipal corporation, is the Plaintiff and NELSON LIRA, CLEARWATER POOL & SPA SERVICE & REPAIR and QUALITY ROOFING INC. are the Defendants. Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinelas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on September 18, 2019 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 3, BLK 27, MANDALAY SUBDIVISION, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 32 through 35, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
