NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 30, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-004740-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which TIAA, FSB d/b/a EverBank, is the Plaintiff and Karen Dawn Williams a/k/a Karen D. Williams, Robert Mark Williams a/k/a Robert M. Williams, Bank of America, N.A., Harbour Watch Homeowners Association, Inc., Pointe Alexis Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the September 10, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
