THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 712, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF COACHMAN CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 88 THROUGH 105, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED SEPTEMBER 17, 1979 IN O.R. BOOK 4913, PAGES 1436 THROUGH 1502, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on eXL Legal, PLLC, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 12425 28th Street North, Suite 200, St. Petersburg, FL 33716, on or before 9-9-2019 or within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at 315 Court Street, Room 170, Clearwater, FL 33756, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint petition.
