has been filed against you and you are required to file written answer and defenses with KEN BURKE, Clerk of Circuit Court, Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, FL 33756 and to serve a copy of your written answers and defenses, if any, to it on Steven W.
