LESS THAT PORTION OF SAID LOT 13 DEEDED TO THE CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG BY WARRANTY DEED RECORDED NOVEMBER 1, 1978 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4770, PAGE 33, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 78174579, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR STREET PURPOSES AND DESCRIBED AS:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 13; THENCE EASTERLY ALONG THE NORTH LOT LINE TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT A DISTANCE OF 80 FEET; THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT A DISTANCE OF 2 FEET; THENCE WESTERLY ALONG A LINE PARALLEL TO THE NORTH LOT LINE A DISTANCE OF 65 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 65Ëš 01' WEST TO THE WEST LINE OF LOT A DISTANCE OF 16.55 FEET; THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG THE WEST LINE OF LAID LOT A DISTANCE OF 9 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
