NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 4, 2019 in Civil Case No. 18-004701-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF EVELYN WATERS; ISPC; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A JIMMIE WATERS JR; KEITH WATERS; DEXTER WATERS; JADA MCCREE; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR PINELLAS COUNTY; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on September 10, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK 2, BROOKLYN SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 9, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
