NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 19, 2019, entered in Case No. 14-007283-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, d/b/a Christiana Trust, not individually but as trustee for Pretium Mortgage Acquisition Trust is the Plaintiff and David H. Shepherd a/k/a David Shepherd; Terry L. Shepherd a/k/a Terry Shepherd; Aylesford Homeowners Association, Inc.; Florida Housing Finance Corporation; Lansbrook Master Association, Inc.; Citibank, N.A. successor by merger to Citibank, Federal Savings Bank; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 4th day of September, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 89, OF AYLESFORD, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 112, AT PAGE (S) 95-99, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
