NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale Date entered August 1, 2019 and Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2019 and entered in Case No.: 18-4930-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and THOMPSON ENTERPRISES, INC. and SUNSHINE LENDERS, LLC are the Defendants. Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on August 29, 2019 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lots 6 and 7, S. V. Smith's, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 73, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
