NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 2-D, in Building No. 513 of PINE RIDGE AT PALM HARBOR II, PHASE IV, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5580, Pages 676-741, inclusive, and amended in Official Record Book 5584, Pages 828-853, inclusive, and according to Condominium Plat Book 70, Pages 34-49, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements pertaining thereto.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 3, 2019.
