NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2018, and entered in 17-001435-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and JAMES D. COLLINS; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; JENNIFER COLLINS; CLERK OF THE COURT PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 24, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
