NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to that certain Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale Scheduled for November 20, 2019, and to Re-schedule for the soonest available date, dated August 6, 2019 in Case No. 16-006197-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE NORTHERN TRUST COMPANY, AN ILLINOIS BANKING CORPORATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NORTHERN TRUST, N.A., FORMERLY KNOWN AS NORTHERN TRUST BANK OF FLORIDA N.A. is the Plaintiff and PETRA L. VAUGHN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PETRA L. VAUGHN; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) #1; UNKNOWN TENANT(S)#2, CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, A FLORIDA MUNICIPAL CORPORATION; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; A FLORIDA PUBLIC CORPORATION, are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida will sell the property located in Pinellas County, Florida to the highest and best bidder for cash.
