NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 14, 2019 in Civil Case No. 48-2010-CA-006467 O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA MORTGAGE SECURITIES, INC. MORTGAGE PASS- THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-4 is the Plaintiff, and LUIS ESPINOZA; GLENMUIR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF THE COURT IN AND FOR ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on September 11, 2019 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 44, GLENMUIR UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 39 THROUGH 42, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
