NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2019, entered in Case No. 2017-CA-006606-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, National Association as Trustee for Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-A6 is the Plaintiff and Thomas McCulloch; Carol McCulloch; David Michael; Unknown Spouse of David Michael; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Greenpoint Mortgage Funding, Inc.; Sand Lake Cove Homeowners Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Greenpoint Mortgage Funding, Inc. are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 10th day of September, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 65, SAND LAKE COVE, PHASE THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 150 AND 151 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
