NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 9, 2019, entered in Case No. 482019CA000987A001OX of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Ocean 18, LLC is the Plaintiff and Leonardo Licona; Unknown Spouse of Leonardo Licona are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 10th day of September, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, OF FOX BRIAR UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, AT PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
