Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2019, in Case No. 2017- CA-003517-O, of the County Court in and for Orange County, Florida, in which SOUTHPORT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and JUDITH A. VELEZ, ALL UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS N/K/A CARLA GOMEZ and CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A. are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https:// www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on October 1, 2019, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 55, in Block 6, of VILLAGES OF SOUTHPORT, PHASE 1C, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 40, Pages 47 through 50, inclusive Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
