NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 8, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2019CA001018AX, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE (CWABS 2005-16) is the Plaintiff, and DONALD M. SABIA; THE VILLAGE AT TOWNPARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; VILLAGE AT TOWN PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A BRYAN DOMBROWSKI; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on September 10, 2019 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BUILDING NO. 7, UNIT NO. 203, OF THE VILLAGE AT TOWNPARK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2057, PAGE 3888, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
