Unit Number 11, SUGAR CREEK VILLAS, a cooperative, located upon land described in Exhibit “A” and according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan, Survey and Graphic Description of the Improvements) of the Articles of Incorporation of Sugar Creek Villas Association, Inc., a Florida non-profit corporation, as shown in Official Records Book 1285, Page 1285, Public records of Manatee County, Florida.
