NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 31, 2019, in Case No. 2016 CC 2383, the undersigned Clerk of Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on September 24, 2019, at 11:00 a.m., via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com offer for public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property located in Manatee County, Florida:
Lot 116, Unit B-4 of CREEKWOOD PHASE ONE, SUBPHASE I, UNIT A-4 & B-4, a subdivision as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 28, Pages 16 thru 20, inclusive of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
