NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 9, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2019CA000424AX, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF POPULAR ABS, INC. MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-D is the Plaintiff, and DONNA MARIE TRAPASSO; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N//K/A NICOLE HALL; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A DONNA HALL; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on November 5, 2019 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN 1179.70 FEET SOUTH OF THE NE CORNER OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE NE1/4 OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE WEST 140 FEET; THENCE NORTH 73 FEET; THENCE EAST 140 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 73 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS THE NORTH 1.4 FEET, BEING PART OF LOT 4 OF CALBERT-HAUSER SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 3, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
