TO: MARK ANTHONY RADOSEVIC, last known to reside in Parrish, Manatee County, FL, or Sarasota, Sarasota County, FL (white male, dob 01/22/1978), and any other individual who might claim an interest in the child subject to this proceeding.
A petition to terminate parental rights pending adoption has been filed as to J. J. R., a child born on March 16, 2019, to V. M. R., at Bradenton, Manatee County, Florida. There will be a hearing on the petition to terminate parental rights pending adoption on Tuesday, September 24, 2019, at 3:00 p.m., before the Honorable Diana L. Moreland, in Courtroom 3-E, at the Manatee County Courthouse, 1051 Manatee Avenue W., Bradenton, FL, 34205. The court has set aside fifteen (15) minutes for this hearing.
UNDER SECTION 63.089, FLORIDA STATUTES, FAILURE TO TIMELY FILE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE AND THE PETITION WITH THE COURT AND TO APPEAR AT THIS HEARING CONSTITUTES GROUNDS UPON WHICH THE COURT SHALL END ANY PARENTAL RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE OR ASSERT REGARDING THE MINOR CHILD.
