NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 13, 2019, in Case No. 2019 CC 2089, the undersigned Clerk of Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on September 19, 2019, at 11:00 a.m., via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com offer for public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property located in Manatee County, Florida:
Unit D, THE MARKISE CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded In Official Records Book 1707, Page 4124 through 4175, inclusive, and as per plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Book 30, pages 71 through 74, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
