NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 6, 2019, entered in Case No. 2016CA003478000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Indenture Trustee for the Registered Noteholders of Renaissance Home Equity Loan Trust 2006-4 is the Plaintiff and 1000 Roses Phase II Homeowners Association Inc.; Curtis Eugene Decker; Phyllis Diane Decker; Edith W. Lamond a/k/a Willie Edith Lamond; The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Edith W. Lamond a/k/a Willie Edith Lamond, Deceased are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of September, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO-WIT:
LOT 29B DESCRIBED AS: LOT 29 OF THOUSAND ROSES, A SUBDIVISION RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 108, PAGE 32, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT THE: EAST 44.16' THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
