NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 29, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2019CA001094000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein HOME POINT FINANCIAL, is Plaintiff, and GABRIEL V. ALLIT, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26 day of September, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT 49, LESS THE NORTH 50 FEET, BLUE JORDAN FOREST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGE(S) 38 THROUGH 41, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
