The West 65 feet of Lot 2 and all of Lot 3, Block 1, W.F. ZANDER'S SUBDIVISION, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 83, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.

has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, Polk County, Florida, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to the Complaint, if any, to Gregory A. Sanoba, Esq., 422 South Florida Avenue, Lakeland, Florida 33801, on or before September 20th, 2019, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
