NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 20, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2017CA003130000000, of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET MORTGAGE PRODUCTS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-RS6, is Plaintiff and THOMAS D. BAKER, JR.; BRANDI A. BAKER A/K/A BRANDI BAKER; LAKE MARION GOLF RESORT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; POINCIANA VILLAGE SEVEN ASSOCIATION, INC.; LAKE MARION GOLF ESTATES MASTER HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC.;, are defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Circuit Court for POLK, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 12TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT B, BUILDING 11, LAKE MARION GOLF RESORT CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6080, PAGE 1358, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED UNIT; SAID INSTRUMENTS BEING RECORDED AND SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
