Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk. realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 11th day of September, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

TOGETHER WITH A CERTAIN RETIRED 1996 HOMES OF MERIT MOBILE HOME LOCATED THEREON AS A FIXTURE AND APPURTENANCE THERETO: VIN#FLHMBFP103139457A AND FLHMBFP103139457B
