NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 13, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2018CA005146000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Bartow, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD BANK AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is Plaintiff and ERIC S. GERTZ, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, STACY BUTTERFIELD, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of September 2019 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The South ½ of the Northwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of Section 11, Township 31 South, Range 26 East, Polk County Florida Less the North 50 Feet and Less the South 50 Feet of the West 316 Feet and Less Maintained Road Right-Of-Way and Less Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Northwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of said Section 11 run Thence North 225 Feet thence East 25 Feet to the Point of Beginning Thence run East 500 Feet thence North 350 Feet Thence West 500 Feet Thence South 175 Feet Thence East 291 Feet Thence South 150 Feet Thence West 291 Feet thence South 25 Feet to The Point of Beginning. Less the East 375 Feet thereof; and the North 100 Feet of the Southwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of said Section 11, Less the West 316 Feet and Less the East 375 Feet thereof.
Together with a 1998 Sout Doublewide Mobile Home, ID DSEAL12484A and DSEAL12484B, RP Decal Nos. 12494971 and 12494972.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
