NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 15, 2019, entered in Civil Case No. 11-2019-CA-000497-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA3, Plaintiff and JUAN F. ROMANO; ILEANA ROMANO; DELASOL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MERS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR AEGIS WHOLESALE CORPORATION; ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ANANN A. JOHNSON; are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on September 12, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 111, DELASOL PHASE ONE, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 22 THROUGH 29, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
