NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2019 and entered in Case No. 11-2019-CA-000279-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and ELIZABETH T. WALDEN A/K/A ELIZABETH WALDEN; THE COURTYARDS AT QUAIL WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, are Defendants, the Office of Crystal K. Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Couthouse Annex, located at, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 12th day of September, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1- B, BUILDING 1, THE COURTYARDS AT QUAIL WOODS, A CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2227, PAGES 1416 THROUGH 1496, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
